Spend time together on the main floor with lots of seating to spread out in different chairs or snuggle up on the sofas. Lots of space at the dining table and kitchen island to keep the conversation going while cooking or chilling around the fire. The primary bedroom & bathroom are on the main with a king bed and its own door to the spacious back deck. A separate shower and bath offer options for families and for relaxation while enjoying your quiet getaway. This house is easy to maneuver once inside, if you don't really want to deal with the stairs.
The second floor is a great hang out spot for a little quiet (my kids escape up to the 2nd floor when they want space). Two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, a large bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and its own living room make it a perfect spot to relax. Views of the woods and distant mountains are beautiful from the 2nd floor.
Play some board games or watch a movie on the terrace level. Designed as a media and game space with a large bedroom (king bed) and a full bathroom, everything is easily accessible when everyone is hanging out. Walk out the french doors to the patio and graveled fire pit area for plenty of indoor/outdoor time together.
Roam around the 3.5 acres, watch the many deer and turkeys, gather sticks for the fire, and hang out in covered or uncovered space around the property. The sun rises in the front of the house and sets around on the back corner, so depending on your sleep patterns, you get an amazing view to start and end your day.

Location
Our house is located in a new gated community just 15 minutes outside of downtown Ellijay. Our location is not yet available on GPS and will require directions sent from the owner upon signing of the contract. There are paved roads throughout the community and a well graveled driveway, so there are no vehicle limitations to access our house.
