The main floor features an open floor plan with seating at the island, around the living room, and across the large upper porch. Ample space for 6 guests between the upstairs living room, downstairs bar area, and over 1800 square feet of outdoor covered porches.

Featuring 2 ensuite bedrooms on the main, each with a kind size bed. Both bedrooms, as well as the living room, offer access to the covered porch with an outdoor wood burning fireplace and outdoor dining space with a seasonal view of the mountains. There is always an amazing view of the wooded space around this 1.7 acre property.

The terrace level is designed as a bar and entertaining space, with plenty of room for additional beds (up to 6 guests total). There is a half bath and full size washer/dryer downstairs. This space has beautiful French door access to the lower level covered porch area, as well as easy access to the fire pit.

The house has more than 1.5 acres of additional wooded space to walk around through the woods and explore what nature has to offer. There is plenty of space to roam, watch the many deer and turkeys, gather sticks for the fire, and hang out in all the outdoor living spaces. Watching the sun set from the living room or any part of the back decks is my absolute favorite activity.

The Coosawattee River Resort offers many community amenities, including multiple pools, a workout room, arcade, pickleball, tennis, basketball, putt putt golf, community river access, fishing spots, and lots of places to picnic...all within a short drive of the house.
