The home features an open floor plan with seating at the island, around the living room, and out on the covered porches. Ample space for 4 guests with queen size beds in both bedrooms. Primary room is en-suite. 

The house has more than 3 acres of additional wooded space to walk around through the woods and explore what nature has to offer. There is plenty of space to roam, watch the many deer and turkeys, gather sticks for the fire, and hang out in all the outdoor spaces. Watching the sun rise on the front porch and set on the back porch is my absolute favorite activity.

The High River Community offers many community spaces, including a tubing put in, community Coosawattee River access, a small private lake to fish, multiple community fire pits, and lots of places to picnic...all within a short drive of the house.
